Do you ship internationally?

We ship almost everywhere except for the EU/UK at this current moment. We are working on those countries as soon as possible 🫡


What if my package is lost? 

If your tracking says that the package is delivered, I will not be able to do anything about your package. Please contact your local postal office or your neighbors to see if you can find the package. You will have to reorder in order to receive your items. Since my items have a limited stock, I am unable to send you another package. I can offer a refund if you are a repeat, trusted buyer. If your package does not say delivered yet, please be patient. Postal services are out of my control, and it is possible that the package is simply delayed.

 

What are the differences between the grades of pins?

A grades are the best of the batch, and typically don't have any blemishes on them, but this can vary depending on the batch. B grades have some blemishes such as small bubbles, mild screenprinting errors, or minor scratches. C grades have noticeable errors, like many bubbles, scuffed screenprinting, underfilled enamel, major scratches, etc. Seconds are pins with large flaws that disrupt the integrity of the pin, such as missing enamel or plating, completely different colors, or broken pieces. Please ask me if you would like a comparison of grades for a specific design, and I can accommodate you.

 

How do preorders work?

Preorders are an essential part of our business, because it is how we are able to fund for and buy new products! Preorders come at a cheaper price with guaranteed freebies. They may take months for production, but it is the tradeoff for the best quality of the batch as well. You may cancel preorders if needed, but it is not recommended, as it will affect preorder times for everyone who has preordered.

 

What are blind designs?

Blind design drops will have the basic information, such as the group, product descriptions, and a vague theme. They come at a MUCH cheaper price in preorder, and will increase by a lot in stocks. It is kind of like a game, and you will not know what the design is until you receive it! I do NOT accept cancellations on blind designs, because I operate on a pay for production level of pricing, and cancellations will harm my ability to produce the designs.

 

Will you restock your products?

If the item is limited edition then no, I will not be restocking it. For regular items, if there is enough interest after it sells out, I will restock it.
